Be the first on your block to display the eye-catching Missouri license plate featuring the Gateway Arch! In addition to showing your pride in this world-renown monument, your tax-deductible contribution to JNPA also helps national park visitors learn about the people, places and events related to St. Louis history and America's westward expansion during the 1800s. Ordering your Arch License Plate is easy! Just follow the simple steps below.
When can I renew my plates?
Plates can be renewed at any time regardless of your renewal date. Upgrades within 6 months of your renewal date constitute an early renewal. In this case, your anniversary does not change.
Do I qualify for a two-year renewal?
You are eligible to order two-year plates if your renewal year and the year of your car are both even numbers or are both odd numbers. If you don't qualify this year, you would qualify the next year for a two-year renewal.

We'll send you an "Emblem Use Authorization Statement" as proof of your tax-deductible gift.
Decide the number or message you'd like to have on your license plates. Arch Plates are allowed up to 6 characters, or 5 characters and one space, dash, or apostrophe, if desired.
Go to the Department of Revenue's website to preview Specialty Plates, and in drop-down menus select "Specialty" and then "Gateway Arch" as your menu options. To check the availability of your preferred letters and numbers for a specialty plate, go here. Select "Regular" as type of Plate, and select your vehicle type. Use the provided boxes to check availability of your preferred characters. DO NOT click "Reserve Now." You cannot reserve our plate from this page.
Complete an application for personalized plates. On the application, check the box for "Gateway Arch." Send this application along with your "Emblem Use Authorization Statement" and a $15 check (processing fee) to:

That's it! The Department of Revenue will notify you when your plates are ready for pick-up!
To Renew Your Arch License Plates
To keep your current plates, just make a contribution to JNPA ($25 for one year, $50 for two years) and submit online by clicking here. If you would prefer, you can also send a check to the following:

We'll send you an "Emblem Use Authorization Statement" as proof of your tax-deductible gift. Submit that form to the Missouri Department of Revenue along with your state-issued plate renewal notice.
If you have our previous license plate design and would like to switch to the new design (pictured above), you will need to apply to the Missouri Department of Revenue for replacement plates. Download and fill out Form 1576 on the DoR's website. Then, make your contribution to JNPA as outlined above. We'll send you an "Emblem Use Authorization Statement" as proof of your tax-deductible gift.
