Shipping & Handling
Orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within three (3) business days of placing your order. If any item you purchase is not in stock or if for any reason we cannot ship within this time frame, we will contact you with an approximate shipping date. Standard order shipment is via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Your package tracking number will be sent to you in a confirmation email.
- We will contact you if we are able to save you money using an alternative shipping method to the one you chose at checkout.
- For orders larger than $200, shipping charges may be different than the cost quoted at checkout. If this is the case for your order, you will be contacted before the order is processed and shipped.
- International orders will incur additional shipping fees in addition to what is quoted at the checkout page. Please email Jeremy Lydon for an estimate of actual charges.
Return Policy
We stand behind our products at Jefferson National Parks Association, and we genuinely hope you enjoy your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase to us within 30 days. Merchandise should be in original condition and packaging. Please include a sales receipt with your shipment, and indicate whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange of the item.
Return shipping costs will be paid by JNPA in the event of damaged or defective merchandise only. Contact (314) 678-1552 before returning any damaged or defective item.
